So I’ve been binging for a few weeks now and I am at a loss for what to do. I think it may be stress related but it’s really fucking me up. Right now is when I can’t be eating shit because I’m not allowed to do a lot of exercise (fractured foot) but I keep binging. Today at lunch I binged hardddd. All the food I eat seems to make me sick and unsatisfied and I’m tired of feeling like this.
I just need some motivation and inspiration and words of wisdom and anything anyone is willing to say to me. I would appreciate any comments or asks or anything. I need help and I love tumblr people so much so I thought I would reach out to you guys.
